An Old woman. (probably one of the oldest inhabitants of Night Vale)
Lives out near the car lot in a small house with a porch. One day, the angels revealed themselves to her. They were 10 feet tall, radiant and one of them was black. They helped her with the household chores and one of them changed the lightbulb of her porch.
She also makes some mean corn muffins and her favourite TV show is The West Wing
